I had let my Wii Fit routine slip over the past months and have decided to recommit to doing 20 minutes of Wii Fit every morning at 6 – 6:30am before I start working and my son goes to school. I was not happy when I saw that my weight had increased over the past few months and have to work harder to make sure I keep at this routine. It is a constant battle to find the time and energy to work out but in the end it is always worth it. It is kind of ironic I had been benching consistently and doing heavy lifting every other day, but the aerobics from Wii Fit are still needed for extra calorie burn.
