Why Amazon Influencers Need the Amazing Influencers Oink Toolkit

As I tell you about the Oink Influencer Tool Kit and why I think it is so valuable let me tell you what it has done for my productivity. I have been an Amazon Associate since 2008 and Amazon Influencer since 2021 the amount of content I have done is has exceeded 10,000+ videos and over 12k products covered within this time frame. I have been tracking everything in Google Sheets and/or Excel Spreadsheets 1 line item at a time for over a decade. Every product, product page, video created and link to it…etc. Everything, this amount of tracking was necessary for me to quickly find any piece of content I covered for any product in case I needed it.

When Amazon release Creator Connections it was one of the best programs to come out of Amazon and with over 200,000+ campaigns now listed on Creator Connections and hundreds of brands I was able to take advantage of this program to leverage previous content, recut/repost and update/refresh so that I would have new content for the campaigns…etc.

This was extremely tedious for me as I would have to search brand by brand or ASIN by ASIN across hundreds or thousands of products every week as new campaigns get added all the time, manually accept them, then go into each campaign, find and upload the content link again for all the products covered. I lost probably 4-5 hours a week of productivity that I was able to carve to this activity alone on a Saturday or Sunday to do this. Which is time not spent creating content but just finding and matching previous content so that I could try to gain extra earnings. The sales still had to be made in the campaign windows so just accepting and submitting to the campaigns didn’t increase earnings but only had potential too if you were selling those items.

I came across Oink for Influencers when I saw another influencer promoting it and decided to give it a try, I have experimented with more stuff before. I will tell you the have a free plan (slower speeds at scanning, more limited features) which I recommend you try, especially if you have less than 100 Amazon videos or content on your influencer profile or are just starting out. But when you reach having 1000+ or thousands of content pieces published on Amazon across videos, photos, idea lists…etc. Then this is where the Chrome extension offers maximum value.

Now I will say I have spoken to the creator of the plugin a few times directly on Facebook and he is extremely responsive, in fact since I first purchased the extension there have been so many new features added in less than 3 weeks that the extension has tripled the value I originally got from it.

First and foremost let me start how it is leveraged by me, after you sign up for the Oink for Influncers

You will always want to use a separate Chrome or Edge Browser window dedicated to this extension, you will want that window to be open and able to run at all times as this extension does most of it’s work by having to run in real time in your browser window.

After installing the Extension you would go to your Amazon Store front and click Store Front Fetch.

Select to include Idea Lists and Shoppable Pics if you also create that type of content. Depending on how much content you have published in your Storefront it can be quick to several hours. What this does is built a list of all the content you have created and ASIN’s (Products) that you have covered.

It took around 2 hours to scan and index all 12333 ASIN’s and content I had published over the past years since the program first existed.

You can also do a Storefront Health Check which shares which content you created that leads to no products listed for that content anymore like the product page is no longer available for your video…etc. You can use this to help find content that no longer links to a product and see if a new product page or ASIN is available to help retagging if you are able to for that product or possibly just culling the video if you no longer need it because it isn’t tagging anything.

The collaboration tracker is more like a browser spreadsheet you use to help track your own working relationships, this was a new feature only recently added and I don’t leverage it as I have my spreadsheets for doing collaboration tracking but this may be of value if you aren’t doing any tracking separately yourself.

I won’t cover Content Gap or Prime Day much as these are specific features to Prime Day only and won’t last long but they help find out which products you have covered that will be on Prime Day Deal. This requires you have had access to the Prime Day deals list that Amazon shares with influencers to do a comparison which I wont’ show more on this as it is not publicly sharable info.

Copyright Audit has some value, what this does is scans Amazon Product pages on the products/content you covered and attempt to find if there is a matching video found this is a common practice where influencers or sellers will steal influencer videos and upload as their own, this content theft is a systemic problem and until Amazon offers influncers a copyright content check system to YouTube influencers have to be vigilant at finding people stealing our videos and file copyright complaints one at a time against them.

This works, but it uses the exact “duration” of the video to attempt to match, and when you do a lot of content like me there can be a lot of false positives. Some valid findings too, so not everything it says is a duplicate is really a duplicate, example if you did a 49 second video on a product, it will flag any other video that is 49 seconds on the same product page for you to look at and see if it is just a duplicate of yours. Helpful but not foolproof, if someone edited your video and shaved off even a second or two and uploaded it wouldn’t find it, but most are very lazy and just re-upload exact same video so it has value.

The REAL and Most Value from Oink for Influencers

Okay now on the the most value you get from this Amazing Influencers Oink for Influencers Extension, this is the Creator Connections benefit. So as mentioned at the time of this publication you can see there are 233,680 Creator Connection campaigns to choose from.

Without this extension I would have to use filters and search brand by brand, product by product manually to see what I have already covered. With this extension you can simply click on the “Creator Connections Check” again after you scanned your storefront first and this extension will check one by one every product you covered and auto accept the campaign for you. As you can see by my most recent scan it auto found and accepted 9 campaign, but don’t let this fool you as I had it accept over 129 campaigns 1 week and I run this scan every night and it finds 5-20 new per day usually for me.

Now once you have it find and accept campaigns you click on your “Active” tab then click on the “Add Links to Campaigns button and this will auto open up each campaign accepted and add your Amazon Video link, Shoppable Photo Link or Idea List to that campaign so that you meet the criteria of having content posted to that campaign you accepted.

I will tell you that within 3 weeks of purchasing this plugin, my Creator Connections income increased by over $500 as a direct result of the campaigns it found, accepted and submitted content for. This is just the direct income it brought me, if you then account for the say (12 hours of time/labor) low estimate I spent managing creator connections, and I say my hourly rate was $50 per hour that I would charge for doing content creation then this would be another $600 in time/labor savings. Even if you were to value your time at $25 per hour it would be $300 in value/labor savings.

There is even more features too like it can save brand messages for reaching out to brands on Creator Connections trying to request content, to even more tracking and as I said new features and functionality are being added so quickly you get incredible value.

The one feature it doesn’t have that I want it to eventually get is for the ability to manually input off-Amazon content created like Blog Posts and YouTube videos that you can match to an ASIN so that it can auto accept/publish to campaigns as right now it relies only on the content you publish on your Amazon Storefront. So if you are pretty much only an off-Amazon influencer and post only to social media channels, then this extension won’t have as much benefit with the Creator Connections find/accept/submit as it can’t scan off-line content or build an index of it for you yet.

But being that it can do even Idea Lists and Shoppable Photos which you can leverage on your influencer storefront without even having the product on-hand for those category of content pieces, everyone can benefit from this extension if you are an Amazon Influencer with a storefront. On top of that this extension also shows you the parent ASIN of products on product pages so you can take advantage of doing parent ASIN tagging on the content.

Get the Oink for Influencers Extension now and see how it helps increase your earnings from Amazon Creator Connections.

Disclosure: I became an affiliate for this extension after using it, I decided it provided enough value to be worth promoting. I would not be promoting this extension if I didn’t also use it and believe it was worth spending money on as I know spending money on marketing, expenses is difficult for many and you really need to ensure what you spend on brings back value to justify the spend. If you subscribe to this extension through my link I will earn some commission from it. But this is one extension that I have seen nobody say they get no value from it and if you use Creator Connections or have been wanting to, this will be of value to you.
