This drive retails at around $125 dollars and will make a huge difference in helping the Windows and application load times if you replace your primary OS disk with this hard drive and use your 5400 or 7200 RPM disk as a secondary storage disk instead.
This is a SATA drive and is compatible with SATA 2 and SATA 3 but obviously you get better performance if your laptop or PC has SATA 3 support, still get at least 2x performance with SATA 2 though.
