So I take a lunch break this week and next week to take my sons to swim classes, I get in with my two year old and I can’t help but be a little self conscious by my stomach flab while getting in the pool with my kids. I try not to be self conscious and worry about it, after all nobody should stress out over what other people may think about how they look and what not, but I want to keep myself in fairly good physical condition for many reasons including health benefits and being attractive to my wife…etc.
We all want to lose some weight, and there are dozens of products including Decaslim which may assist, but in the end, only changing your eating habits and exercise will give you a sustainable weight loss you can be comfortable with.

I’m sure your boys don’t care at all about your stomach flab so just enjoy the time with them. I think it’s great how you give your lunch time to spend time with your kids! You’re a great dad!
