They don’t have as many calories as you think, only about 350 calories per sandwich which is on par with a lean cuisine lunchable, and far less than any fast food.

I love these too, and have not had one in years! When I was a kid, I could eat these all day every day. Do that now, and you’ll get fat as a pig!

I’ve been a fan of PB&J since I was a kid, but lately I’ve fallen off a bit and only have it on occasion.
Crunchy is my favorite peanut butter.. usually Squirrel, as I find Jiffy a bit too sweet.
But there is no compromise on the jelly that I use.
I use nothing but home-made (yes I make it) chokecherry jelly.
In fact it’s all we ever use much of in the house. Store bought jam’s and jellies just don’t even come close!
