I find motivation to be a big challenge when working from home. I don't necessarily mean to work, either. I have to work otherwise I don't get paid, but it seems like other things tend to get lost in the fold. I'm also single with no children so that leaves a lot of room in my schedule. I am a fairly busy student though. I used to have a ridiculously cramped schedule when I was commuting to North Scottsdale from Tempe and going to school full time but now that I am home all the time, I find myself putting things off because I feel like there's all the time in the world. This always ends up screwing me in the long run. I don't have conference calls or any of that either. For me, it requires a decent amount of discipline to stay on track.
