		<description>Obviously, a 5lb or even 2.5lb dumbbell would be preference for ladies depending on their fitness level and strength.  25lb was typical for a medium build man and should be sufficient.  Remember it just hangs slack at your side, you don&#039;t have to curl it.</description>

		<description>A 25-pound dumbbell in EACH hand?  Dude, that&#039;s like 50% of my body weight.  I don&#039;t think I&#039;d make it up a flight of stairs once, let alone 5X&#039;s!

If I just sit here and think about doing it, does that count?</description>
