I think I need to go to the dentist. I keep putting it off, but my back tooth has been hurting for ages. I thought it was just sensitive, but now I think it may be a dying tooth.

Causes of Sensitive teeth are, Poor oral hygiene, Untreated cavities, Vigorous brushing of teeth, Tooth whitening with poor roots, Tooth wearing for longer time, High consumption of acidic foods and A filling which gets cracked

Could be worn away enamel, or could be gum disease, I would try using sensodyne for a few weeks if that doesn’t clear it up check with a dentist.
