		<description>Well, I guess Maricopa has it a bit better since it is smaller.  There are still &quot;holes&quot; where builders were planning on putting houses and empty corners where there were signs proclaiming future businesses, but there do not seem to be acres of &quot;vacancy&quot; sites, at least on the main drag.  

It&#039;s gonna be tight for awhile, but then capitalism will kick in and people with savings are going to say &quot;what a deal&quot; and start buying, building and starting businesses.
